At Papillon Creative, we can build you a website using both HTML or Flash. This website has been built in HTML using CSS, but I have incorporated quite a few Flash animations (like the one above) into it, to make it more interactive and dynamic. Flash websites can look stunning, and are often expensive, but we are prepared to custom-build Flash websites for at a very reasonable price.
